1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego samochodu typu pick-up dla jednostki OSP w Zabrzu-Kończycach.Pojazd musi być fabrycznie nowy, wyprodukowany w 2026 r., kompletny, wolny od wad konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych, wykonawczych i prawnych, w pełni sprawny, nie obciążony prawami na rzecz osób trzecich oraz nie toczy się żadne postępowanie, którego przedmiotem jest ten pojazd ani nie stanowi on przedmiotu zabezpieczenia.
2. Zadanie sfinansowane w ramach Zabrzańskiego Budżetu Partycypacyjnego pn. Bezpieczne Kończyce– „Zakup samochodu specjalnego lekkiego rozpoznawczo – ratunkowego"
